You will receive your order within an estimated period of 21 to 30 business days.

Shipping costs €8.50 (VAT included) within the Peninsula (Spain). Orders containing "Somos Balompié" items are not eligible for the free shipping promotion on orders over €99.

Domestic shipping

We strive to ensure you receive your orders within 5 to 7 business days (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). However, if you have added one or more customized items, the standard delivery time is 7 to 9 business days. Orders delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may have a longer delivery time.

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in full on the delivery date indicated for the pre-order item.

Additionally, during sales periods, holidays, and promotions, orders may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.

Shipping is free for orders over €99. For lower amounts:

• Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €3.50
• Canary Islands: €15.50
• Ceuta: €10.50
• Melilla: €16.50

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email via the carrier's website.

International shipping

The shipping price will depend on the destination country and will be informed during the checkout process.

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 9 business days, although this may vary depending on the destination and any potential customs procedures.

How long do I have for returns?

You have a period of 30 calendar days to return a purchased item. It is not possible to return items personalized with screen printing, player names, or underwear.

Discounted items may have limitations regarding return conditions, always in compliance with applicable law.

How and where to return?

Exchanges or returns are not accepted in physical stores.

How much does a return cost?

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, provided you are within the return period and your order was delivered in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). You can exchange the item for another of the same or lower value. This service is free of charge.

RETURNS

HOW LONG DO I HAVE FOR RETURNS?

You have a period of 30 calendar days to return an item purchased at https://shop.realbetisbalompie.es

Returns of any item will be refunded through the same payment method used when placing the order.

We remind you that it is not possible to return personalized items with screen printing or player.

HOW AND WHERE TO RETURN?

Exchanges or returns are not allowed in physical stores.

Returns of t-shirts with personalized or player screen printing are not accepted.

Click on the Returns section and indicate your email and order number. You can check this information in the Confirmed Order email received or in your customer area. Then you must select the order and the products to exchange or return.

REQUEST EXCHANGE OR RETURN

We do not serve the public in person. We only accept returns received via courier.

 Once we receive your return in our logistics center, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund. The processing time for a return is approximately 7 business days. This period may be longer at Christmas or sales/promotion times.

* Returns are not allowed on items for personal or intimate use, personalized with silkscreen or player, altered or made "to measure" or to order.

 The products cannot be returned to an Official Real Betis Store or to any point of sale of Real Betis Products.

Notice: Once you receive the items you can try them. However, for a correct return, the garment labels must be kept intact.

REFUNDS

Once your return is registered in our warehouse, we will process the return and refund your money as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from when we receive your package for the refunded money to appear in your account.

We always refund the money with the same method that the payment was made during the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. The time until the refunded amount appears in your account will depend on your bank and the payment method you used when placing the order.

Prendas deportivas y equipaciones de fútbol

• Lavar a mano en agua fría.

Los accesorios y complementos deben utilizarse de acuerdo con su finalidad prevista.

• Mantener los artículos limpios y secos después de su uso.
• Evitar golpes, caídas o esfuerzos excesivos que puedan provocar daños.
• No exponer los productos a temperaturas extremas, humedad prolongada o agentes químicos agresivos.
• Guardar los accesorios en un lugar seco y protegido cuando no se utilicen.
