Orders

How can I place an order?

Buying from the Real Betis Balompié online store is very simple. Follow these steps to place your first order with us.
Find the item you want to purchase and in the product details, click the add to cart button.
Review the items you have added to your basket. You can modify it as many times as you want (from adding or removing products to customizing them or changing sizes).
Fill in your details.
Choose the shipping method.
Complete your purchase by registering at Real Betis Balompié or as a guest.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
If you have made a purchase as a guest, remember that you can also create your Real Betis Balompié account to obtain more benefits when purchasing your items.

How can I see what I have in my basket?

You can access it easily and simply by clicking on the basket icon in the top menu of the page, where you can make any changes you want before starting your purchase (check the price, choose the units, confirm the sizes, customize a product or remove it from the basket).
Please note that we cannot guarantee the stock of the items you have in your shopping cart. For this reason, if any of them are out of stock, we will inform you in that section.

How can I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email along with the estimated delivery date and a link where you can track your order.

How do I confirm that my order has been processed?

After completing your purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. Check under what terms you can request the return of items once you have received your package.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If one of the items in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email and refund the amount using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Take advantage and leave your details in the product stock alert so that you will be notified when we have stock again.

How can I add items to my basket?

To add a new item: choose the product, define the quantity and size (if necessary) and click on the add to cart button. Your cart will be automatically updated.
Click continue shopping to add more products to your basket without losing your selected items. When you are finished, click the buy button to complete the purchase.
If you wish to increase or decrease the number of units of a particular product, you can do so directly from the basket using the + or – buttons until you have the desired number of items. Once the change has been made, the price will be adjusted proportionally.

How do I know my size?

Find your size using our size chart on the product pages you are viewing.

Can I request an invoice for my purchase?

Of course, to receive the invoice for your purchases you must request it through the following email: customer@realbetisbalompie.es including your order number and tax information to issue the invoice.

Are the products VAT included?

All items published in the Real Betis Balompie online store include VAT. In accordance with the laws of the members of the European Union, we are obliged to charge VAT on all orders that are to be shipped within the European Union.

Can I make changes to an order?

We are sorry, we are unable to modify an order or shipping information once it has been placed as order processing is automatic.

Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to cancel shipping of your order.

If you have changed your mind about the contents of your order, you can refuse delivery. The order will then be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded.

I have placed an order but have not received confirmation. Is the order confirmed?

Please check your spam folder first. If you don't find the order confirmation there, it may not have been registered correctly.
If you have made the payment correctly and do not receive confirmation from us, please check your customer account to see if the order has been generated or contact us by email: customer@realbetisbalompie.es

Shipping and delivery

What is the shipping time?

Once an order is placed, it will be sent via courier within 24/72 hours on business days.
Please note that custom orders with screen printing may have a longer delivery time.
During holiday and promotional periods (such as Black Friday or Cyber ​​Monday), delivery times may be delayed by up to 10 days due to an increase in the volume of orders received.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the invoice and tracking number.

What are the shipping options?

The shipping options may be modified by the type of home delivery or collection point when we have managed the dispatch of the order with the courier. You will receive the delivery information from the courier and you can change the type of delivery if you require it to a collection point.

Shipping to the Peninsula: between 24/72 hours (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and between 3 and 10 days to Europe (working days)

Do you need to modify your order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may or may not make changes. We recommend making changes to your details before finalizing the purchase of your products, this way you will avoid confusion and delays in the delivery of your order.

What should I do if my order is delayed in delivery?

If the delivery date indicated in your confirmation email has expired and your order has not arrived, you must contact the courier company providing the shipment tracking number to find out its status or incident.

What happens if I'm not home when my package arrives?

The shipping company will send you an email informing you and will call you to let you know that your order could not be delivered (they may have left a delivery notice in your mailbox). Please contact them indicating the most convenient date, time and place for them to make the delivery, via the email received by the courier. The courier makes 2 delivery attempts, so it is advisable to arrange the delivery correctly.

To which countries are the products shipped?

No matter where you are, we ship worldwide.

If the order has been sent but not collected by the customer, the return costs of the order will be deducted.

When is the order amount charged?

The order is charged at the time of purchase. If you made the purchase with a credit card, you will see this reflected in your credit card statement.

Are the payments reliable?

Yes, payments are encrypted through the payment gateway. At no time do we keep or save card information. The cards that are stored in our online store are tokenized and we cannot obtain the card data at any time.

What happens if there is an error with the payment?

Returns

What is the maximum time limit for processing a return?

The maximum period for returns is 30 days from the date of purchase.

What are the requirements for returns?

We will accept a return as long as the product has not been used in any way and has no labels.

Which products cannot be returned?

Personalized, screen printed or custom silkscreened items are not returnable.

When will I receive the refund amount?

Once the returned order has been received in our warehouse, it will be verified within 48/72 working hours in order to proceed with the payment. In the event that return costs have to be incurred, they will be deducted from the amount to be paid.

How much does a return cost?

Returns, if requested by the customer, have an associated cost.
From the Spanish peninsula: €2.90
From the Balearic Islands: €6.50
From Canary Islands: €8.50
For international shipments: +15€
