COLLECTION OR DELIVERY AND RETURNS (We are Football)

The Original

Once you have placed your order, you can pick up your item at the Luis del Sol Sports City or have it delivered to your home .
The estimated delivery time or availability for collection is 2 to 3 weeks.

The Chair

This product is available exclusively with home delivery .
You will receive your order within an estimated 2 to 3 weeks .

The Stool

This product is available exclusively with home delivery .
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks .

For domestic orders under the "Somos Balompié" brand, free shipping will not apply to orders exceeding €99.

Product collection:

Subscribers (Phase 1) : Orders can be collected on December 15, 16, 18, 19, 22 and 29 from 12:00 to 19:00, and on December 20 from 09:00 to 14:00.

Soy Bético Members (Phase 2): Orders can be collected on December 18, 19, 22 and 29 from 12:00 to 19:00, and on December 20 from 09:00 to 14:00.

General Sale (Phase 3): Orders can be collected on December 22nd and 29th from 12:00 to 19:00.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The expected delivery times are shown below.
Please note that if your order includes a custom screen-printed item, the delivery time may be up to 5 days longer than shown below.

Peninsula: 3 to 7 business days.

International Shipping: 4 to 10 business days.

Additionally, during sales, holidays and promotional periods, orders may take a little longer than usual to arrive.

You can track your order using the tracking number shown in the confirmation email we sent you.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Free shipping applies to orders over €99 within mainland Spain. Shipping costs are €3.50 (VAT included). included in the Iberian Peninsula.


Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product, these are indicated before finalizing the purchase.

Important information for customers in the USA.

As of August 29, 2025 , all shipments destined for the United States are subject to customs clearance .

This means that, in addition to the price of the product and shipping costs , the buyer will have to assume the payment of import duties and taxes applied by the US authorities.

The amount of these charges is calculated by customs based on the type of product, its value, and its country of origin.

We want your shopping experience to be as transparent as possible, so we're informing you in advance:
