HOW LONG DO I HAVE FOR RETURNS?

You have a period of 30 calendar days to return an item purchased at https://shop.realbetisbalompie.es

Returns of any item will be refunded through the same payment method used when placing the order.

We remind you that it is not possible to return personalized items with screen printing or player.

 

HOW AND WHERE TO RETURN?

Exchanges or returns are not allowed in physical stores.

Returns of t-shirts with personalized or player screen printing are not accepted.

 

Click on the Returns section and indicate your email and order number. You can check this information in the Confirmed Order email received or in your customer area. Then you must select the order and the products to exchange or return.

REQUEST EXCHANGE OR RETURN

 

We do not serve the public in person. We only accept returns received via courier.

 Once we receive your return in our logistics center, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund. The processing time for a return is approximately 7 business days. This period may be longer at Christmas or sales/promotion times.

* Returns are not allowed on items for personal or intimate use, personalized with silkscreen or player, altered or made "to measure" or to order.

 The products cannot be returned to an Official Real Betis Store or to any point of sale of Real Betis Products.

Notice: Once you receive the items you can try them. However, for a correct return, the garment labels must be kept intact.

REFUNDS

Once your return is registered in our warehouse, we will process the return and refund your money as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from when we receive your package for the refunded money to appear in your account.

We always refund the money with the same method that the payment was made during the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. The time until the refunded amount appears in your account will depend on your bank and the payment method you used when placing the order.
