However, if you have added a personal touch to your personalized item , delivery could take up to 5 more days.
Regarding the shipping cost, it is €3.50 (VAT included) in the Peninsula (Spain).
Shipping is free for domestic orders over €99.

Exchanges or returns are not allowed in physical stores.
