The label of this new wine represents the image of Joaquín with the number 17 on his back , in front of the centuries-old wooden boots in which this universal wine rests. A Chamomile on the branch raised in Sanlúcar de Barrameda . The “En Rama” category indicates that it is a bottled wine without cold stabilization or filtration that avoids as much as possible any treatment prior to bottling. So that the difference between the wine that one could taste directly from the barrel is minimal compared to what we find in the bottle. In this way, Manzanilla BOTA 17 allows you to discover all the purity of a perfectly prepared Pasada type manzanilla. A wine chosen by the Betics .
Straw yellow in color and a marine fragrance, with complex and pungent aromas, with characteristic notes of its organic aging: dried fruit, yeast, old wood, herbs and saline memories. Fresh and light on the palate, unctuous and delicate.
