This privacy policy describes the processing of personal data using profiling techniques carried out by Real Betis Balompié, S.A.D. (hereinafter, "BETIS") for the purpose of personalizing offers and services. In particular, the technological provider for this activity is Salesforce, Inc., whose platform is used to store and analyze fan data. Although Salesforce, Inc. is a company established outside the EU, its data servers are located in Ireland (European Economic Area), and its privacy policy and protection measures are adapted to the GDPR. Any international transfer of personal data is carried out in compliance with current regulations, applying appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms required by the EU) to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that of Europe. BETIS has formalized the corresponding data processing agreement with Salesforce, ensuring that your data will be processed with an adequate level of protection and only for the purposes indicated.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be retained as long as there is an active relationship with you, meaning, for as long as you are a registered user, member, or season ticket holder of Real Betis Balompié and have not revoked your consent. Once the relationship ends (e.g., termination of membership) or if you withdraw your consent, your data will be kept blocked (i.e., with restricted access) for the period necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations and until the extinction of possible derived liabilities.
