HOW LONG DO I HAVE FOR RETURNS?

You have a period of 30 calendar days to return an item purchased in our online store. Returns for any item will be refunded through the same payment method used when placing the order. Please note that it is not possible to return personalized items with screen printing or player customization. Exchanges or returns are not accepted at physical stores. Returns of shirts with personalized screen printing or player customization are not accepted. We do not assist the public in person. We only accept returns received through courier services.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

We recommend sending the return to us with a tracking number or via certified shipment.

You must send the product to be returned to our facilities at the following address:

All costs associated with the return will not be refunded by Real Betis. Once we receive your return at our logistics center, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund. The processing time for a return is approximately 7 business days. This period may be longer during Christmas or promotional periods.

*Returns of personal or intimate use items, personalized with screen printing or player customization, altered, or made "to measure" or by order are not accepted.

Products cannot be returned at an Official Real Betis Store or at any Real Betis Products sales point.

Notice: Once the items are received, you can try them on. However, for a proper return, the garment tags must remain intact.
