With immense enthusiasm, we created a powerful narrative and artistic issue to celebrate the team with which the people of Seville have linked their football destiny: Real Betis Balompié .

It's been a long job, but we're finally heading to the Sevillian capital to celebrate the green-and-white club that inspires passions in Seville, Real Betis Balompié. Let's be clear and avoid beating around the bush. There's nothing in the world quite like Real Betis Balompié. The most basic simplification, the one forced upon us by social constructs, is that Betis is a football club, although, as Antonio Picchi, the club's longtime manager (and patriarch of a clan of colossal Betis fans), always said, football is one thing, and Betis is quite another.

Over the next few pages, we're going to attempt the impossible: as we trace the team's history with a brushstroke of green, white, and green, we're going to explain why this sentiment reaches the heights of pagan religion, forever changing the lives of all those who come across it.

Because it all comes down to a short, concise, simple and grand name that explodes in people's throats when football becomes art: BETIS .

An independent, autonomous project, far removed from conventional gatherings and circuits, but no less ambitious for that. A series of monographic works on football teams, told through the words and images of an international team of collaborators, each accompanied by the same passion, vision, and curiosity, but above all, by the belief that there are no "B-sides" in football.

We strive to ensure that you receive your orders between 7 and 15 business days from the date of purchase. If you have purchased a customized product, delivery may take up to 5 additional days. Don't worry, the wait will be worth it.

WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?

Once your order is prepared, we will send you an email informing you of the shipping tracking number and the courier that will deliver the order.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

As for the shipping cost, it will be calculated during the purchasing process. This cost is not included in the product price, but we will show it to you clearly before you finalize the purchase.

RETURNS

HOW LONG DO I HAVE FOR RETURNS?

You have a period of 30 calendar days to return an item purchased in our online store. Returns for any item will be refunded through the same payment method used when placing the order. Please note that it is not possible to return personalized items with screen printing or player customization. Exchanges or returns are not accepted at physical stores. Returns of shirts with personalized screen printing or player customization are not accepted. We do not assist the public in person. We only accept returns received through courier services.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

You must send the product to be returned to our facilities at the following address:

All costs associated with the return will not be refunded by Real Betis. Once we receive your return at our logistics center, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund. The processing time for a return is approximately 7 business days. This period may be longer during Christmas or promotional periods.

*Returns of personal or intimate use items, personalized with screen printing or player customization, altered, or made "to measure" or by order are not accepted.

Products cannot be returned at an Official Real Betis Store or at any Real Betis Products sales point.

Notice: Once the items are received, you can try them on. However, for a proper return, the garment tags must remain intact.

Recomendaciones de cuidado y uso de los productos

Prendas deportivas y equipaciones de fútbol

• Lavar a mano en agua fría.
• Lavar del revés (dar la vuelta a la prenda).
• Utilizar detergentes suaves y evitar suavizantes.
• No usar lejía ni blanqueadores.
• No frotar directamente sobre la serigrafía, estampados o parches.
• No lavar en seco.
• No utilizar secadora.
• Secar al aire, evitando la exposición directa y prolongada al sol.
• Si es necesario planchar, hacerlo del revés y a baja temperatura.
• No planchar directamente sobre escudos, dorsales, nombres, patrocinadores o cualquier elemento serigrafiado.

Accesorios y complementos

Los accesorios y complementos deben utilizarse de acuerdo con su finalidad prevista.

• Mantener los artículos limpios y secos después de su uso.
• Evitar golpes, caídas o esfuerzos excesivos que puedan provocar daños.
• No exponer los productos a temperaturas extremas, humedad prolongada o agentes químicos agresivos.
• Guardar los accesorios en un lugar seco y protegido cuando no se utilicen.

Información importante

• Todos los productos comercializados están destinados a un uso recreativo, aficionado o amateur, salvo que se indique expresamente lo contrario.
• El desgaste normal derivado del uso, así como los daños ocasionados por un uso inadecuado, negligente o distinto del previsto, no estarán cubiertos por garantía.
