Orders
How can I place an order?
Shopping at the Real Betis Balompié online store is very easy. Follow these steps to place your first order with us.
Find the item you want to buy and in the product details, click the add to cart button.
Review the items you have added to your cart; you can modify it as many times as you want (from adding or removing products, to customizing them or changing sizes).
Fill in your details.
Choose your shipping method.
Complete your purchase by registering at Real Betis Balompié or as a guest.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
If you made a purchase as a guest, remember that you can also create your Real Betis Balompié account to get more benefits when buying your items.
How can I see what's in my basket?
Access it easily and simply by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top menu of the page, there you can make the changes you want before starting your purchase (check the price, choose the units, confirm the sizes, customize a product or remove it from the cart).
Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of items in your shopping cart. Therefore, if any item becomes unavailable, we will notify you in that section.
How can I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email along with the estimated delivery date and a link where you can track your order.
You can also access this information from the Orders section in your account. If you're not yet registered and placed an order as a guest, click here.
How do I confirm that my order has been processed?
Upon completion of your purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. Please check the terms and conditions for requesting a return once you have received your package.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If one of the items in your order is out of stock, we'll notify you by email and refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Take advantage of this opportunity and leave your contact information in the product's stock alert form so you'll be notified when it's back in stock.
How can I add items to my basket?
To add a new item: choose the product, define the quantity and size (if necessary) and click the add to cart button; your cart will be updated automatically.
Click "Continue Shopping" to add more products to your cart without losing your selected items. When you're finished, click the "Buy Now" button to complete your purchase.
If you wish to increase or decrease the number of units of a particular product, you can do so directly from your shopping cart using the + or - buttons until you have the desired quantity. Once the change is made, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
How do I find my size?
Find your size using our size chart on the product pages you are viewing.
Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Of course, to receive the invoice for your purchases you must request it through the following email: customer@realbetisbalompie.es including your order number and your tax information to issue the invoice.
Do the products include VAT?
All items listed on the Real Betis Balompie online store include VAT. In accordance with European Union regulations, we are required to charge VAT on all orders shipped within the European Union.
Can I make changes to an order?
We're sorry, we cannot modify an order or shipping information once it has been placed, as order processing is automated.
Depending on the order status, there is a possibility that we may be able to cancel the shipment of your order.
If you've changed your mind about the contents of your order, you can refuse delivery. It will then be returned to our warehouse and we'll refund your money.
I placed an order, but I haven't received a confirmation. Is the order confirmed?
First, check your spam folder. If you don't find the order confirmation there, it may not have been registered correctly.

Shipping and Delivery
What is the delivery time?
Once an order has been placed, it will be sent via courier within 24/72 hours on business days.
Please note that custom orders with screen printing may have a longer delivery time.
During holiday and promotional periods (such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday), delivery times may be delayed by up to 10 days due to an increase in the volume of orders received.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the invoice and tracking number.
What are the shipping options?
Shipping options may be modified to include home delivery or collection point once we have arranged the order shipment with the courier. You will receive delivery information from the courier and can change the delivery method to a collection point if needed.
Shipping to mainland Spain: between 24/72 hours (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands) and between 3 and 10 days to Europe (working days)
Do you need to modify your order?
Depending on the status of your order, we may or may not be able to make changes. We recommend making any changes to your information before finalizing your purchase to avoid confusion and delays in delivery.

What should I do if my order is delayed in delivery?
If the delivery date indicated in your confirmation email has passed and your order has not arrived, you should contact the courier company providing the shipment tracking number to find out its status or report any issues.

What happens if I'm not home when my package arrives?
The delivery company will send you an email or call you to let you know that your order could not be delivered (they may have left a delivery notice in your mailbox). Contact them using the email you received from the courier to indicate the most convenient date, time, and location for delivery. The courier will make two delivery attempts, so it's best to arrange the delivery time carefully.
To which countries are the products shipped?
No matter where you are, we ship worldwide.
If the order has been shipped but not collected by the customer, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the order.

When is the order amount charged?
The order is charged at the time of purchase. If you made the purchase with a credit card, you will see it reflected on your credit card statement.
Are the payments reliable?
Yes, payments are encrypted through the payment gateway. We never store or retain card information. Cards stored on our online store are tokenized, so we cannot access the card details at any time.
What happens if there is an error with the payment?
Common mistakes include:

Returns
What is the maximum time frame for processing a return?
The maximum period for returns is 30 days from the date of purchase.
What are the requirements for returns?
We will accept a return as long as the product has not suffered any type of use and is without tags.
Which products cannot be returned?
Personalized products, screen-printed products, or products with custom screen printing cannot be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned order is received in our warehouse, it will be verified within 48-72 business hours before a refund is issued. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
How much does a return cost?
Returns, if requested by the customer, have an associated cost.
