2. Website Usage

These terms and conditions concern the use of one of the Real Betis Balompié websites (the Website).

The terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Real Betis Balompié or one of its affiliated companies regarding the ordering of products available on the Website.

Please read these conditions carefully and ensure that your billing details are complete and correct before placing an order.

If you believe an error has occurred, please contact our Customer Service team.

Your use of the Website is also subject to Real Betis Balompié's privacy policy and cookie policy.

3. Orders and Payments

To make a purchase on the Website, you must be over 18 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 18, you can make a purchase with the consent of your guardian, or if you are legally permitted to make such a purchase.

How to make a purchase on the Website

Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your "cart". You can modify the contents of your cart until the moment you place the order, and you can check the contents and price of the added items at any time.

Additional costs, such as shipping, will be calculated when you proceed to checkout.

When you want to finalize your order, click on the cart icon and review your cart in "View and edit cart" to proceed to payment. In this section, you will need to enter your name, billing and shipping details, email, phone number, your desired payment method, and select a shipping method.

You can change the content of the cart until you confirm the purchase by clicking "Confirm and pay" and then "Continue". At that point, you will have placed the order.

In some cases, we may not be able to process an order, even if you have followed the steps above. This may be due to an error in the billing or payment details. If you have any problems with payment, please contact our Customer Service team.

Payment options

Payment options will appear when you click "Go to cart" and are also provided as part of the order processing in the "Payment options" section. We only accept the payment methods shown here, and we kindly ask you not to attempt to pay by any other means.

We will only withdraw the payment amount from your account when your order leaves our warehouse. This occurs when you pay with a credit or debit card.

Order receipt and confirmation

When you have made a purchase on our Website, you will receive an order confirmation informing you that we have received it. A binding purchase contract will only be concluded when you have received our email with shipping information. This email confirms your purchase.

Purchase documentation

By making a purchase on this website, you agree to receive the order confirmation, as well as the corresponding ticket or invoice, in electronic format via email.

Our right to refuse or cancel an order

We reserve the right to cancel an order if one of the following situations occurs:

  • Items are out of stock/unavailable.
  • Your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
  • You are under 16 years old, or older if the age requirements for entering into a contract with us are higher than required by applicable law.
  • The price displayed on the Website was incorrect.

4. Shipping

You can find more information about how your order will be delivered and the expected delivery times on our "Shipping" page.

We only ship orders from our warehouse on working days, so if you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, it may take longer to arrive.

We can only deliver to a shipping address located in the countries indicated during the order processing or on the "Shipping" page.

We will try to send you all the items in your order in a single shipment, but it may be necessary to send larger items in more than one package. If we have sent you more than one package, you will receive a message from the carrier with shipping information.

Shipments to mainland Spain cost €5.

*Orders containing pre-sale items will be shipped in full on the pre-sale item's corresponding delivery date. The estimated delivery date will always be indicated on the item's product page.

5. Right of Cancellation

When you purchase from the Website, you have the right to cancel within 30 days. The period for exercising this right begins on the day you received the item(s). You will be deemed to have received the items when they have been deposited in your mailbox, in a secure location (e.g., a shed) that you have confirmed, or at your workplace. If your package is delivered to a collection point or store, this period begins when you have collected it. If you do not collect the package within that period, it will be returned to us.

If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the period will be extended until the next business day. If several items were ordered together in the same order but were sent individually, or if a single order was sent in several packages, this period will begin on the day you receive the last item or package.

Items exempt from the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to products made to customer specifications or that are clearly personalized. These include, among others, clothing, footwear, and items with custom prints or embroidery requested by the customer. This exemption is clearly indicated in the product description.
If you break the tag of an item that, for health or hygiene reasons, is exempt from return, you will not be able to cancel it.

Important! If you want to return multiple orders, send them in separate packages. Otherwise, a refund cannot be processed.

Note: All returned items must be in the same condition as when received.

It is possible that we may only refund part of the money or nothing at all. This is the case if the items are damaged, for example:

  • if you have used the item;
  • if the product has acquired an odor such as perfume or smoke, or shows signs of having been used;
  • if it has suffered any damage while under your responsibility;
  • if you have handled the items in a way that was not necessary to check their nature and characteristics;
  • if you have not followed the restrictions on the right of cancellation related to labels, product type, etc.;
  • if the product label or packaging is missing, or if it has been damaged in such a way that it affects its value.

When returning items, you must ensure that they are properly packaged. You are solely responsible for the items/package until we receive them back. Therefore, you should keep the shipping receipt and any tracking numbers.

Once your return is registered in our warehouse, we will process it and refund your payment as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the time we issue the refund until you receive the money.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the return has been processed. This amount is always refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. The time until the refunded amount appears in your account will depend on your bank and the payment method you used when placing the order. Returns of products with personalized screen printing or player customization are not accepted.

Free gifts

Please note that free products added to your order, such as promotional gifts, cannot be returned separately. If you end up returning the order with which you received the free gift, you must return the gift; otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold an amount equivalent to the value of said gift. Gifts are only available for a limited time or while supplies last.

Incorrectly returned items

We are not responsible for any items that have not been returned correctly. This means we cannot resend items that have not been returned correctly.

Exchanges

We are sorry, but it is not possible to exchange an item. To make an exchange, you must return the order, and we will refund you so that you can place another order. Items purchased at a reduced price or with a discount code can only be repurchased at the same price if the offer is still available in the online store.

Promotions

Discounted items may have limitations regarding return conditions, always complying with applicable legislation.

FLASH PROMO 60%

The return period for items included in the "FLASH PROMO 60%" is limited to 14 days from the receipt of the product, regardless of whether it was purchased together with other non-promotional items. The return method will be the usual one for the online store.

6. Complaints: What to do if an item is not right

Your purchase is protected by Spanish law relating to the sale of goods, which includes regulations on defective items. This means that you can receive a refund if your complaint is justified and the defect is not a consequence of improper use of the product or any other harmful conduct.

You must file a complaint within a "reasonable period of time" after discovering the product defect. We recommend that you file your complaint as soon as possible. You can do this by contacting our Customer Service team. When filing a complaint, include as much information as possible about the problem, attach a photo of the item, and indicate the order number.

Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.
Remember that items must always be sent in appropriate packaging and that you must obtain a shipping receipt. This counts as proof that you have returned the items. We will send you a prepaid return label in case of a complaint.

Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery or similar packages.

Colors on the website

Although we have made every effort to represent colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will reflect the color of the products with the same accuracy. Therefore, the color of the product may vary slightly from that in these images. We are not responsible if the actual color is different.

11. Revisions and Modifications

Real Betis Balompié may modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice by publishing the revised version on the Website. The Terms and Conditions that apply to your order are those present on the Website at the time of placing said order.
