2. Use of the website
These terms and conditions cover the use of one of Real Betis Balompié's websites (the Website).
The Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Real Betis Balompié or one of its affiliated companies with respect to the ordering of products available on the Website.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully and check that your billing information is complete and correct before placing an order.
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact our Customer Support team.
Your use of the Website is also subject to the privacy policy and cookie policy of Real Betis Balompié
3. Orders and payments
To make a purchase on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 18 years of age, you may make a purchase with the consent of your guardian, or if you are legally permitted to make such a purchase.
How to make a purchase on the Website:
Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. You can modify the contents of your shopping cart up until the moment you place your order, and you can check the contents of your shopping cart and the price of the added items at any time.
Additional charges, such as shipping, will be calculated at checkout.
When you want to complete your order, click on the shopping cart icon and review your cart under “View and edit cart” to make the payment. In this section you will have to enter your name, billing and shipping information, your email, your phone number and the payment method you wish to use as well as select a shipping method.
You can change the contents of your basket up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on “Confirm and pay” and then “Continue”. At that point, your order will be placed.
In some cases we will not be able to process an order, even if you have followed the steps above. This may be due to an error in your billing or payment details. If you have any problems with your payment, please contact our Customer Service team.
Payment options
Payment options will appear when you click 'Proceed to Basket' and are also available as part of the checkout process under the 'Payment Options' section. We only accept the payment methods listed here and please do not attempt to pay by any other means.
We will only withdraw the payment amount from your account when your order leaves our warehouse. This happens when you pay with a credit or debit card.
Reception and confirmation of the order
When you have made a purchase on our Website, you will receive an order confirmation to inform you that we have received your order. A binding purchase contract will only be concluded when you have received our email with the shipping information. This email confirms your purchase.
Our right to refuse or cancel an order
We reserve the right to cancel an order if any of the following situations occur:
- Items are out of stock/unavailable.
- Your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
- You are under 16 years of age, or older if the age requirement for entering into a contract with us is higher than that required by applicable law.
- The price shown on the Website was not correct.
4. Shipping
You can find more information about how we will deliver your order and the delivery times you can expect on our Shipping page.
We only ship orders from our warehouse on business days, so if you place your order on a weekend or holiday, it may take longer to arrive.
We can only deliver to a shipping address that is in the countries listed during checkout or on the “Shipping” page.
We will try to send all items in your order in one shipment, but larger items may need to be sent in more than one package. If we have sent you more than one package, you will receive a message from the carrier with information about the shipment.
Shipping to mainland Spain costs €5.
5. Right of cancellation
When you purchase from the Website, you have a 30-day right to cancel. The period for exercising this right starts on the day you received the item(s). You will be deemed to have received the items when they have been deposited in your letterbox, in a secure location (e.g. a shed) that you have confirmed or at your place of work. If your parcel is delivered to a collection point or shop, this period starts when you collect it. If you do not collect the parcel within this time, it will be returned to us.
If the delivery period falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the delivery period will be extended to the next business day. If several items have been ordered together in one order but have been sent individually, or if a single order has been sent in several packages, this period will start on the day you receive the last item or package.
Items exempt from the right of cancellation:
The right of cancellation does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or which are clearly personalised. These include, but are not limited to, clothing, footwear and items with prints or embroidery requested by the customer. This exemption is clearly indicated in the product description.
If you break the label on an item that is exempt from return for health or hygiene reasons, you will not be able to cancel it.

Important! If you want to return multiple orders, please send them in separate packages. Otherwise, a refund cannot be issued.
Note: All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received.
We may refund only part of your money or not at all. This is the case if the items are damaged, for example:
- if you have used the article;
- if the product has acquired a perfume or smoke-like odor, or shows signs of having been used;
- if it has suffered any damage while under your responsibility;
- if you have handled the items in a way that was not necessary to verify their nature and characteristics;
- if you have not followed the cancellation right restrictions related to labels, product type, etc.;
- if the product label or packaging is missing, or if it has been damaged in such a way that it affects its value.
When returning items, you must ensure that they are properly packaged. You are solely responsible for the items/package until they are received back by us. Therefore, you must retain the receipt of delivery and any tracking number.
Free gifts
Please note that free products added to your order, such as promotional gifts, cannot be returned separately. If you end up returning the order with which you received the free gift, you will need to return the gift, otherwise we reserve the right to retain an amount equal to the value of the gift. Gifts are only available for a limited time or while supplies last.
Incorrectly returned items
We are not responsible for any items that have not been returned correctly. This means that we cannot resend you items that have not been returned correctly.
Changes
We are sorry, but it is not possible to exchange an item. To make an exchange you must return the order and we will refund your money so you can place another order. Items purchased at a reduced price or with a discount code can only be purchased again for the same price if the offer is still available in the online store.
Returns
Once your return is registered at our warehouse, we will process it and refund your payment as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the time we issue the refund until you receive the money.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed. This amount is always refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. The time until the refunded amount appears in your account will depend on your bank and the payment method you used when placing the order. Returns of products with personalized screen printing or player are not accepted.
6. Complaints: what to do if an item is not right
Your purchase is protected by the law on the sale of goods in Spain, which includes regulations on defective items. This means that you can receive a refund if your claim is justified and the defect is not a consequence of improper use of the product or any other harmful conduct.
You must make a claim within a “reasonable period of time” after discovering the product defect. We recommend that you make your claim as soon as possible. You can do this by contacting our Customer Service team. When making a claim, please include as much information as possible about the problem, attach a photo of the item and state your order number.
Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.
Please note that items must always be sent in appropriate packaging and that you must obtain a receipt for the shipment. This will count as proof that you have returned the items. We will send you a prepaid return label in case of a claim.
Please note that we do not accept packages with cash on delivery or similar.
Colors on the website
Although we have made every effort to accurately represent the colours, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will accurately reflect the colour of the products. Therefore, the colour of the product may vary slightly from the images shown. We are not responsible if the actual colour is different.
7. Privacy Policy
We process your personal information confidentially. Please read our privacy policy, which describes how we use the personal information you provide in connection with payment processing and your use of the Website generally.
8. Cookies

11. Revisions and modifications
Real Betis Balompié may modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice by publishing the revised version on the Website. The Terms and Conditions that apply to your order are those that are present on the Website at the time of your order.
