However, if you have added a customized product to your order, delivery may take up to an additional 5 days.

RETURNS
HOW LONG DO I HAVE FOR RETURNS?
You have a 30-day period to return an item purchased from the date of receipt of the order. Please note that it's not possible to return personalized items with screen printing or player customization.
